I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant with haphazard service. The bathroom was clean, also it included a good coffee machine and a living area. The location was good and easy in the fairly nice area.

The room is airy and updated, the staff are amazingly nice people on front service. The breakfast is freshly cooked and hot, and the location is favourable close to Levi's Stadium and the San Jose Airport flight path.

The hotel was fairly clean and had superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff on front office service. We stayed in neat and cheap room with a shower, and greatly enjoyed it. An attached restaurant for dinner was an advantage.

I loved the neat and cheap rooms with separate bath. It was close to the restaurant especial jocelyn, San Jose airport, and the Biltmore 3 x, favourable and decent location overall.

The rooms are new-fashioned and huge, and are complete with king bed and microwave, as for instance. It offers easy, ideal location. Need to be mentioned that there were lots of restaurants to eat, like Birk's Restaurant that was only 20 minutes' walk away.

There is hair in some places.

The room was big size and huge, with cozy decor and coffee and a living room for our comfort. The location was marvellous because it was very close to shopping areas, and all the restaurants and malls around there.

Great food for fresh made and good hot breakfast with many options. Nice building and rooms where tv did n't work. Excellent location in a comfortable area near the airport at 6:00am and the local areas and where to go.

The rooms with TV, TV did n't work. Good and absolutely perfect location with private parking.

The hotel itself was appealing and fairly clean and the staff were superfriendly, it had marvellous location away from tower.

Everything was great and the staff were courteous. The location turned out to be great. We thoroughly enjoyed the supper in Birk's Restaurant next to the hotel.

Fresh made breakfast with many options, excellent service. Had queen room with coffee maker and pull out bed, for example.

The room was cheap where tv did n't work and the staff accommodating and exceptionally nice. The breakfast was freshly prepared and good hot with many options and all the food was high quality.

The location was not great, it's a pitty.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. It's conveniently located within walking distance of dining options and very close to the Levi's Stadium. The hotel also provides easy access to the San Jose airport.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Everything was simply good. I loved the breakfast, the food was outstanding! The room was updated and cheap in general, in the sink. The location of this hotel close to the main tower was comfy and unbeatable. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

I loved the room on 2 levels. The breakfast was great, there was variety of food to chose from.
